CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 29 February 2008 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SUBSTITUTIONS: To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274, ATTN: Katy Spurgas by 13 March 2008. Substitutions made after 13 March 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. THERE ARE NO ONE DAY SUBSTITUTIONS, ONLY FULL CONFERENCE SUBSTITUTIONS.
