General Manager, Conference and Convention Division
Elissa joined NCSI in 2003 and has more than 12 years of experience in event planning. In her role as the General Manager of the Conference and Convention Division, Elissa oversees the entire division, which is responsible for the logistics, operations and production of NCSI’s conferences and conventions and the corporate exhibit sales and sponsorships.
Elissa is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and earned her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Indiana University. She is a member of Meeting Planners International (MPI), Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP), Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
