Capabilities also include on-site government meeting planners and support personnel to handle a broad array of marketing and event related services.

Launched NCSI in 1997. John has utilized his entrepreneurial skills to grow NCSI into a highly successful company with approximately 60 employees. He has also been a pioneer in the of field on-site federal technology expos and played a leading role in the innovation of no-cost contracts for government event planning services resulting in a landmark 2007 ruling (GAO-B-308968) from the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
