Executive Director, Corporate Events and Operations
Megan has been with NCSI since 2001 and has served in several leadership roles within the organization. As the Executive Director, Corporate Events and Operations, Megan’s primary responsibilities are to train, motivate, and assist in the professional development of NCSI employees. Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping young people in the organization grow professionally, have been an important attribute to the company. She is focused on aiding the president in accomplishing company goals and thrives on planning motivational company meetings and functions.
Megan has more than 6 years of experience in all phases of event planning for meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and special events. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with minors in both Marketing and Art from Salisbury State University in Maryland.
