Where and when does the 2nd Annual US Army SRP Workshop take place? The 2nd Annual US Army SRP Workshop general session, breakouts, and technology exposition will be held in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio from 7 July – 11 July 2008. What is the cost of the conference? Early Bird Pricing Is the hotel fee included in my registration? No, the hotel fee is not included in your registration fee. How do I pay the registration fee? When you register for the conference via the online registration or registration form you may enter your payment information. Credit cards will not be processed until 23 June 2008. If you have a purchase order, please fax it to us at time of registration. If you would like to call in your payment information, please call 888-603-8899 and ask for Katy Spurgas at ext. 204. How do I get from the airport to the Grand Hyatt San Antonio? The hotel is 8 miles from San Antonio International Airport. There is airport shuttle services available as well as taxi companies and nine on-site rental car agencies with curbside shuttle services to pickup/drop-off centers. Loop 410 and U.S. 281 are the two highways providing access to the main entry points into the city. When and how do I receive my receipt of payment? After registering you will receive a receipt of payment via email within 3 business days after your credit card has been processed. Credit cards will not be processed until 23 June. All registrations that are received after 23 June will have their credit cards automatically processed. What is the cancellation deadline? The cancellation deadline is 20 June 2008. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than this date in order to receive a refund. After 20 June, you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If I can’t attend the event, do you accept substitutions? To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274 by 30 June 2008. Substitutions made after 30 June 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. THERE ARE NO ONE DAY SUBSTITUTIONS, ONLY FULL CONFERENCE SUBSTITUTIONS. Where should I make my hotel reservations? We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. You must first register in order to get the link to the hotel to make your room reservations. Is there a one-day pass for this conference? No, there is just the full conference rate. What is the dress code? Dress code is Business attire or Class B Uniform (open collar) and Business Casual (civilian). Where can I find the agenda? The agenda is posted on the conference website at http://www.ncsi.com/armyrange08/agenda.shtml and is updated with new information. |
