As of COB 23 March 2010, registration for foreign nationals to participate in the Biometrics & Forensics Summit is CLOSED. However, if USAICoE has already received your Foreign Visit Request (FVR) information, foreign nationals may continue with the registration process. Please confirm with combs@ncsi.com if you are unsure of the status of your FVR.

Three simple ways to register.

2. Download the registration form and fax the completed form to NCSI at 443-561- 2459
3. Mail the completed registration form with payment to:

An email confirmation will be sent via email within 2 business days of registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Attendee Registration at combs@ncsi.com.

 

Credit cards will be processed beginning 10 March 2010.

 

Conference Registration Fees

 

Early Bird Pricing (Through 26 February 2010):

• Government: $449.00 - Full Registration
• Industry/Contractor: $549.00 - Full Registration
• Academia: $249.00 - Full Registration

Standard Pricing (Effective 27 February 2010):

• Government: $499.00 - Full Registration
• Industry/Contractor: $599.00 - Full Registration

The registration fee will cover the cost of the sessions, professional conference planning services including hotel facility and staff support, registration services and event advertising. The fee will also include access to the exhibit hall, continental breakfast each day, mid-morning and afternoon breaks and refreshments.

 

In order to qualify for government registration fees and for rooms at the per diem rate, you must be able to present valid government travel orders.
