Effective Thursday, October 10, 2013. Due to the government shutdown and uncertainty facing the federal government, the Industrial Security Awareness Council of Central Maryland (ISAC-MD) has decided that the upcoming Cybersecurity Symposium will not take place as scheduled October 16-17, 2013 at the BWI Marriott. We recognize there is still need and a value to host a cybersecurity event though with our anticipated attendance being dramatically impacted by the current government shutdown, we were forced to make this difficult decision. The ISAC-MD and National Conference Services, Inc. (NCSI) thank you for your continued support in collaborating with fellow security and cyber professionals from the government, academia, and industry to ensure national security.
NCSI will automatically cancel all registrations. Credit cards will not be charged. No further action is necessary to cancel registrations. Registrants should contact the hotel directly to cancel a hotel reservation.
An NCSI account executive will contact all exhibitors and sponsors in the days ahead to explain your options in terms of using your credit and discounts at other NCSI produced events and/or expediting a refund in full.
At NCSI, we believe it is an honor and privilege to continue to produce events for the Federal and DoD community. We look forward to your participation in future events!
