Exhibiting opportunities

The 17th Annual Naval Support Facility Dahlgren Small Business Opportunities Fair and Industry Day will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 in Dahlgren, Virginia.

This year there will again be an opportunity for industry professionals to set up an exhibit table to display their latest products or services. The success of last year’s event, with over 60 participating exhibitors allowed us to open a few additional spots for the 2008 event. Exhibitors can expect to see between 300 and 500 personnel walk the exhibit floor. The event will take place on the NSF Dahlgren Parade Field alongside the keynote speaker and breakout sessions.

The theme for this year’s event is “The Way Ahead for Aegis and Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense.” Aegis and Aegis BMD are the current hot topics for discussion with the recent move of Aegis BMD from Washington, D.C. to NSF Dahlgren. This is drawing together a large crowd of related technical experts and interested industry personnel. In addition, DoD Contracting opportunities as well as Homeland Defense Issues will be discussed at the Industry day this year.
