Online Registration is now closed; however, you may still register on-site. 1. Register Online. An email confirmation will be sent via email within 3 business days of registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Ashley Altamirano at altam@ncsi.com. Credit cards will be processed beginning 7 April 2008. DCGS 2008 Attendee Registration Fees PLEASE NOTE: CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL 7 APRIL 2008 Early Bird Pricing (Through 4 April 2008): Government: $449.00 - Full Registration Standard Pricing (Effective 5 April 2008): Government: $499.00 - Full Registration CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 4 April 2008 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. SUBSTITUTIONS: To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274, ATTN: Ashley Altamirano by 23 April 2008. Substitutions made after 23 April 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. There are no one day substitutions, only full conference substitutions. PAYMENT: Government/Military registrants will be issued a badge upon NCSI's receipt of 1) Payment, or 2) Valid government issued training form/purchase order. Fax the form to 301-596-6274 or email to events@ncsi.com. All other registrants must pay in advance in order to receive a badge. Commercial purchase orders do no constitute payment; any remaining unpaid balance will be collected on-site prior to distribution of a badge.
