Where and when does the DCGS Conference take place?

The DCGS Conference general session, breakouts, and technology exposition will be held in the Adam’s Mark Denver Hotel from 29 April – 1 May 2008.

What is the cost of the conference?

Is the hotel fee included in my registration?

No, the hotel fee is not included in your registration fee.

How do I pay the registration fee?

When you register for the conference via the online registration or registration form you may enter your payment information. Credit cards will not be processed until 7 April 2008. If you have a purchase order, please fax it to us at time of registration. If you would like to call in your payment information, please call 888-603-8899 and ask for Katy Spurgas at ext. 204.

How do I get from the airport to the Adam’s Mark Denver Hotel?

The hotel is 24 miles from Denver International Airport. The airport shuttle is available every 15 minutes from 5AM-6PM. Highway access via E/W I-70 and N/S I-25. When and how do I receive my receipt of payment?

Credit card payments will be processed beginning 7 April 2008. Receipts will be emailed following the charge. All registrations made after 7 April 2008 will receive a receipt along with registration confirmation within 3 business days.

What is the cancellation deadline?

The cancellation deadline is March 31, 2008. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than this date in order to receive a refund. After March 31 you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Where should I make my hotel reservations?

We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Adam’s Mark Denver Hotel for conference participants. Please call the hotel at 303-893-3333 and ask for the DCGS Worldwide Conference group rate.

Is there a one-day pass for this conference?

No, there is just the full conference rate.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is Business Casual or Class B (open collar) for Attendees/Exhibitors and Business attire or Class A (blouse & tie) for Speakers.

Where can I find the agenda?

The agenda will be posted on the conference website when it is announced.

If I can't attend the event, do you accept substitutions?

To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274 by 13 March 2008. Substitutions made after 23 April 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. There are no one day substitutions, only full conference substitutions.
