Cancellation of the 2013 Defense Intelligence Worldwide

Effective Monday, March 4, 2013. Due to the fiscal challenges and uncertainty facing the federal government and the Department of Defense, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has decided that the upcoming Defense Intelligence Worldwide will not take place April 8–10, 2013 in Baltimore, MD as scheduled. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and National Conference Services, Inc. (NCSI) thank you for your continued support of both the DIA mission and the Defense Intelligence Worldwide (formerly the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference).

Participants

NCSI will automatically cancel all registrations for the 2013 conference. Credit cards will not be charged. Any registration fees received by NCSI will be promptly refunded in full within 30 days. No further action is necessary to cancel registrations. Registrants should contact the hotel directly to cancel a hotel reservation.

Exhibitors & Sponsors

An NCSI account executive will contact all exhibitors and sponsors in the days ahead to explain your options in terms of rebooking your exhibit space or sponsorship for next year, priority points, using your credit and discounts at other NCSI produced 2013 events, and/or expediting a refund in full. We ask for your patience as our dedicated sales team will be contacting a record number of companies that were signed up to participate.

At NCSI, we believe it is an honor and privilege to serve as DIA’s event planner for the nation’s premier annual defense intelligence event. We look forward, with your continued support, to making the 2014 Defense Intelligence Worldwide the most successful ever. Preliminary planning has commenced for next year’s event tentatively scheduled for March 24–26, 2014 in Baltimore, MD and additional information will be provided to all interested parties in due time. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for next year’s event please e-mail us at events@ncsi.com.
