In 2007, the DoD CIO and ADNI&CIO determined that the DoD and IC would partner in all activities involving information technology, information sharing, security and accreditation, etc., as such a partnership would be both mutually supportive and essential for moving forward. This partnership led to agreement on 34 joint initiatives, the signing of 5 major agreements and a joint instruction, and the foundation of a Joint Program Office.

The DoD & IC Partnership Conference – Creating Decision Advantage, supported by DoD and DNI, will provide key sponsors, stakeholders and community professionals the opportunity to better understand the partnership between the DoD and the Intelligence Community. The conference themes and training sessions will include Certification & Accreditation Transformation and Cross Domain. The Conference and Exposition will take place at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

Conference Objectives:

  • Provide training opportunities for the attendees to learn how to implement Certification & Accreditation and Cross Domain solutions
  • Showcase effective tools and methods that have been designed and implemented to enhance mission effectiveness
  • Promote a sense of community by providing a focused interaction and dialogues, which fosters an environment of collaboration and consensus between the DoD and IC.
