Reap the benefits of exhibiting at our event.

As part of NCSI’s marketing and logistics package, each participating company will receive a variety of benefits upon registering to exhibit at the event. Early registration includes access to additional benefits. The basics are covered, for example, table, chairs, tablecloth, electricity, and name badges.

Register Early

The earlier you register, the more benefits you can receive to enhance your marketing presence such as company listing on the event website, inclusion in the exhibit program, inclusion as part of the marketing campaign to leadership and VIPs, and inclusion in attendee marketing emails.

*Please Note: Exhibitors who disassemble displays and/or depart before 2:00 p.m. may not receive the attendee list for this event.

Helpful Tips for Exhibitors

Exhibiting at our targeted events is a valuable opportunity to increase your company’s exposure and grow your business. To ensure that your experience is positive, please take a moment to review these helpful tips.

• Submit your security information by the deadline in order to gain access to secure show locations.

• Submit an alternate representative’s security information just in the case of an emergency.

• Be on time! The Senior Leadership Tour typically begins at 9:30 am so be ready and set up by 9:00 am.

• Let us know who your target audience is at an event location. We will invite them to the event!

• Set appointments to coincide with the event. Make your travel time productive by meeting with current and potential clients in the area.

• Be prepared to describe your company, products and services in 30 seconds or less.

• Demonstrations draw more attention than flyers and brochures. Get noticed!

• Do not leave your exhibit space unattended.

• Don’t pack up or leave early! It reflects poorly on your company when your exhibit space is empty.

9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – Senior Leadership Tour
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Tech Expo
2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Breakdown

Shipping

SHO-AIR International has been appointed the sole and exclusive official freight forwarder for U.S. & EUROPEAN companies exhibiting at 2018 NCSI Winter Germany series.

In conjunction with our event logistic specialist and partner in Germany, SHO-AIR will make all of the necessary arrangements for transporting your materials from the United States, Canada, and Europe to the show site.

SHO-AIR International’s service capabilities include:

  • Import & Export Transportation
  • Customs Formalities
  • Transportation within Germany & European Union
  • Onsite field service support
  • Assistance with subsequent onward or return movements

The deadlines are based on the move-in and set-up schedule received from the show organizer as well as the customs clearance and delivery time required in Germany.

OFF-TARGET SHIPMENTS: The suggested shipping deadline dates have been selected to ensure ample time for international transportation as well as customs clearance and delivery to the exhibition site in Germany. SHO-AIR International cannot be responsible for shipments arriving after the deadlines listed above. If you anticipate having freight that will not be ready by the deadlines listed above please contact us as soon as possible.
