The Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk The Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk is an all new smoke-free hotel designed with the business traveler in mind. We provide extensive amenities, services and a professional staff. Each of our 92 guest rooms and suites feature in-room coffee/tea maker, large work desk with ergonomic chair, 2 dual-line telephones with voice mail/data port, complimentary high-speed Internet, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, cable television, in-room pay movies and video games. Additional amenities include free parking, high-speed Internet access available in our meeting room, indoor pool, whirlpool, exercise room, complimentary on-site parking, 24-hour dry cleaning service, and the Courtyard Café and Lounge. The Courtyard Café serves breakfast and dinner daily. Breakfast buffets are available daily. The lounge hours are 4:00pm to 10:0pm daily. Accessibility The Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk is centrally located in the Hampton Roads area and is in close proximity to I-664, I-64, I-464, and I-264. Our location is easily accessed from I-664 exit 8 A (College Drive). We are located at the corner of College Drive and Harbour View Boulevard. Norfolk International Airport is 27 miles, Newport News International Airport is 23 miles, Downtown Norfolk 11 miles, and the new Chesapeake Town Place is 19 miles. The Virginia Beach Oceanfront is within a 45 minute drive. Golf courses, parks, restaurants, and shopping are within just a few minutes of our hotel. Meeting/Banquet Facilities The Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk features 705 square feet of meeting space and will accommodate groups up to 50 people. Group Room Rates King Room (1 King-size bed): $99.00 per night All rates are subject to applicable state and city sales tax, currently 13%. Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Reservation Deadline/Cancellation Policy All group reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number, check or money order. Individual reservations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the published arrival date (October 10), at which time we will release the guest rooms not reserved. Reservations received after that deadline will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing room rate. In order to avoid a cancellation fee (one night’s room and tax per reserved room), individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. To make reservations via the toll-free number: 1-800-321-2211 - Guests must identify themselves with the 5th Veterans Golf Tournament. To make reservations online go to: www.marriott.com/ORFCS (property code must be in all caps). This will take them directly to our hotel web site. The reservation menu is located on the right side of the home page. Fill in the arrival and departure dates and where it asks for the group code, type in ncsncsa to receive the group rate.
