There are two ways to register:
After you register, please follow the steps below.
If you have an Intelligence Community Badge:
- You will receive a confirmation email indicating acceptance of forum attendance. If you do not receive this within 5-7 business days, please contact Danielle Bixler at email@example.com or 443-561-2432.
- You will need to enter through the NRO Visitor’s Center to confirm your badge, but do NOT need to pass your clearance.
If you do NOT have an Intelligence Community Badge:
- Please visit the Visitor Request page to find detailed information. Please note: you are not required to pass your clearance information to the NRO unless notified by a Forum POC to do so.

Your credit card will be charged beginning on Monday, November 23, 2015.
The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the forum, Day Zero Systems Familiarization session (for those who have RSVP'd), morning/afternoon breaks and refreshments, access to the exhibit hall, forum materials, professional forum planning services, and event promotional materials.
Law Enforcement: If you will be armed while attending the forum at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), please note that the general policy prohibits firearms at NRO facilities. Authorized law enforcement attendees are encouraged to appropriately secure any firearms prior to entering NRO facilities. If you are required to be armed during the forum, please indicate upon registration.

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, November 20, 2015, after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed substitution form to 443-561-2433 ATTN: Danielle Bixler by Monday, November 30, 2015. There will be no one day substitutions, only full forum substitutions. Please note: substitute registrants will not be accepted until their clearance has been verified.
