Registered Exhibitor Information

If you have not registered for your exhibit table or filled out an application, please email steppling@ncsi.com to request an application. Contact your sales rep if your application status is still pending.

Shipping

All items must be shipped to your hotel, not to the event venues. If you are exhibiting in the classified portion of the Summit you may NOT ship to Wright Patterson Air Force Base (NASIC). You must ship to your hotel and carry it into the venue(s).

Exhibit Options

There are two venues available based on classification. Your company must be approved to exhibit in the classified area, exhibiting reps must have a TS clearance for those exhibits. If approved, you are able to participate in both classified and unclassified exhibit days. Please talk to your sales rep about setting up a package if you would like to do both locations.

Each company may send two representatives to staff their exhibit table. Register here.

Passing Clearances

NCSI is working with the security team for the venue and the Summit. We will email each registered exhibitor rep with specific instructions for passing your clearance and getting access to Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Exhibit Specifics

Each exhibitor will be provided with 1 table, 2 chairs, and a power strip for electricity.

Equipment Registration

NCSI is in the process of finalizing the procedure for getting equipment into the secure spaces. Once we have ensured that all security procedures are in place, we will email you detailed instructions regarding getting authorization for your equipment to come into the facility. This is the list of prohibited items. Laptops will be allowed if they are approved in advance. There will not be internet connectivity or wireless capabilities in any of the secure areas.

Summit Attendance

Attending the Summit sessions requires a separate registration, and a different clearance level. All attendees must be accessed into at least one SAP to participate in the Summit sessions. Spaces are nearly full, so if you have the required clearances and would like to participate in the Summit sessions please register yourself here.

Networking Events

We are working on coordinating sponsored and no-host receptions from Sunday-Thursday. We will advertise the networking opportunities in the program and on-site during the conference. Stay tuned for more details!

Speaking Opportunities

Yes! As an exhibitor you are eligible to sponsor a ‘lunch and learn’ and speak to Summit attendees while they dine at the Officers’ Club on base. Please contact your sales rep or Rebecca Steppling at steppling@ncsi.com for the specifics.
