In order to exhibit at this event, your company MUST purchase exhibit space AND each of your representatives must submit security information in order to gain access to the installation.

The deadline for submitting security information for this event is Friday, February 3, 2017.

If your company is registered to exhibit at Luke AFB, each representative must ALSO complete and sign this form and submit (2) forms of identification (ex: Driver's License, INS card, SSN card, or Passport, one of which must be a photo ID) in order to be granted access to the base. Please email or fax the completed and signed form to Devin Casey at or 443-561-2431.

Please note: If your company is registered to exhibit at one or more additional events in the Arizona Series taking place this week, you only need to submit your security information one time to be applied to all in this series.

As the below states are currently noncompliant with the REAL ID Act, driver’s licenses issued in these states may not be accepted for access to DoD facilities. Please bring your U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card to gain access to the event if your driver’s license is issued in an affected state.
