Where and when does the conference take place? The 4th Annual UCDMO Conference Plenary sessions, Breakouts, and Technology Exposition will be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront 9 – 12 August 2010. Sessions will begin 10 August 2010. Is the conference classified? No, the conference is Unclassified/For Official Use Only (U/FOUO). If you do not have a government sponsor, but wish to attend the conference, please contact Lauren Kohr at 443-561-2454. What is the cost of the conference? Early Bird Pricing: (Through 25 June) Is the hotel fee included in my registration? No, the hotel fee is not included in your registration fee. How do I pay the registration fee? When you register for the conference via the online registration or registration form you may enter your payment information. Credit cards will not be processed until Friday, 23 July 2010. If you have a purchase order, please fax it to us at time of registration. If you would like to call in your payment information, please call Lauren Kohr at 443-561-2454. What will the registration fee cover? The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the conference and sessions, professional conference planning services including hotel facility and staff support, registration services and event advertising. The fee will also include access to the exhibit hall, continental breakfast each day, mid-morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments, and access to all networking socials. What is the cost of parking? $21.00 for the first hour What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. How do I get from the airport to the Westin Boston Waterfront? Follow signs out of Boston Logan International Airport to Interstate 90 West/Massachusetts Turnpike West by way of the Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Exit 25 to South Boston. Keep right at the fork and exit onto Congress Street. Turn right on D Street. Turn right on Summer Street and the hotel is on the left. When and how do I receive my receipt of payment? Credit card payments will be processed beginning Friday, 23 July 2010. Receipts will be emailed following the charge. All registrations made after Friday, 23 July 2010 will receive a receipt along with registration confirmation within 3 business days. What is the cancellation deadline? The cancellation deadline is Wednesday, 21 July 2010. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than this date in order to receive a refund. After 21 July you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Where should I make my hotel reservations? We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Is there a one-day pass for this conference? No, there is just the full conference rate. What is the dress code? Dress code is Business Casual or ACU for Attendees/Exhibitors and Business attire or Class A (blouse & tie) for Speakers. Where can I find the agenda? The agenda will be posted on the conference website when it is announced. If I can't attend the event, do you accept substitutions? To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed |
