Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Space is currently sold out!

USAFRICOM is excited to welcome you to demonstrate your latest technologies, products, services, and mission critical offerings during the exhibit and demonstration portion of the USAFRICOM Industry Day and ISR/Logistics Showcase. The exhibits will be open for the second part of the industry day, and will take place on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. Please note that registration to attend the Industry Day on January 29 and to set up an exhibit table on January 30 are separate. We are looking forward to working with you and hope you have a successful event.

During the Exhibit Showcase, USAFRICOM hopes to gain visibility of commercial capabilities, specifically ISR and distribution/logistics capabilities. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to provide live demos and hands-on training to benefit the USAFRICOM workforce. Opportunities will be available to promote your company and products and services in the program guide, expo website, and on-site at the exposition.

USAFRICOM HQ is located at Kelley Barracks and over 1,500 USAFRICOM government and civilian personnel will be notified and invited to attend this event. This is a great opportunity for you to attend the industry briefings on day 1 of the event and then exhibit on day 2 of the event to match your products and services to the needs of the command.

With great support from USAFRICOM leadership, this event is sure to offer many opportunities for networking, demonstrations, face to face meetings, and information exchange. Various sponsorship opportunities are available to help your company stand out from the crowd including onsite promotions, signage, networking events, VIP networking socials, and giveaways. As always, NCSI is willing to customize sponsorship packages as needed. Please contact your NCSI Sales Representative at 888-603-8899.
