The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the conference sessions, networking events, professional conference planning services including GWU facility and staff support, registration services and event advertising.
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, after which you will be held 100% liable for the amount due. All registrations after Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 are final. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email Ann Marie Nixon at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please see below for substitution information.
All substitutions must be received no later than Friday, October 19th, 2018. Please fill out the correct substitution form and email it to email Ann Marie Nixon at email@example.com. Substitutions made after this date will be processed on-site.
All registrants are required to provide a credit card at the time of registration. Registrants must pay in advance or on-site to receive a badge. Receipts will be emailed after the conference.
