Registration can be cancelled or denied based on factors such as budgetary constrictions, mission relevancy, and distribution of representation amongst services and agencies.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 23 July 2019, after which you will be held 100% liable for the amount due. All sales after 23 July 2019 are final. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email Ann Marie Nixon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. All substitutions must be received no later than 25 July 2019, any substitutions made after this date will be processed on-site. Please email Ann Marie Nixon at email@example.com for a substitution form.
All payments will be processed on 29 July 2019. If you would like your card charged before 29 July 2019, please email Ann Marie Nixon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
