WELCOME

United States European Command (USEUCOM) Logistics Directorate (J4) and Joint Cyber Center (J6) will co-host the 2019 International Cyber Summit (ICS). Operations crossing international borders require secure, available, and resilient logistics systems. Those operations can be hampered by malicious cyber actors, cybersecurity as an afterthought, and incompatible standards. Therefore, this event focuses on cybersecurity challenges related to logistics systems, in particular, logistics systems supporting NATO operations. The goal of this summit is to engage logistics and cyberspace experts to begin developing a shared framework for cybersecurity of logistics systems.

Agenda

The Summit seeks to improve understanding of current cyber threats, targeting, and vulnerabilities affecting logistics systems; facilitate collaboration among cybersecurity professionals and those managing logistics systems used to support NATO operations and U.S. operation plans; and share logistics systems interoperability and information assurance challenges and lessons learned with European Allies and Partners. This multi-day multi-audience Summit seeks to capture the current operational environment, deficiencies, and vulnerabilities from which a comprehensive logistics systems security strategy will be initiated.
