Registration Fees

The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the summit, morning/afternoon breaks and refreshments, access to the exhibit hall, summit materials, and event promotional materials. Please note, some sessions are designated as government only.

Payments

Your credit card will be charged beginning on Monday, March 16, 2026. Your credit card will only be charged if you are approved to attend after your attendance qualifications have been verified. If you are paying with a Government Travel Card, please be aware that you may need to contact your credit card administrator to have Merchant Category Code (MCC) – 7399 – Business Services unblocked from your card.  We will reach out with a payment link for you or your GPC holder to complete payment. 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm EST Friday, March 13, 2026, after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. To cancel your registration, email dixon@ncsi.com.
