Attendance Requirements

Attendees must be citizens of the United States, NATO member countries, or a Five Eyes nation to register for this summit.

Registration is open to citizens from the following countries:

If you are not a citizen of one of the approved nations, you may submit for a security waiver to participate. Not all waivers will be approved. Please reach out to Danielle Sanders at sanders@ncsi.com for further information.

Any classified meetings that may be scheduled during this summit will be restricted to U.S. Citizens only.

  Dress Code

Speakers: Class A Uniform (blouse & tie) or Business Dress (civilian)
Attendees: Utility Uniform or Business Casual (civilian)

  Payments

Your credit card will be charged beginning on Monday, June 30, 2025. Your credit card will only be charged if you are approved to attend after your attendance qualifications have been verified. If you are paying with a Government Travel Card, please be aware that you may need to contact your credit card administrator to have Merchant Category Code (MCC) – 7399 – Business Services unblocked from your card.  We will reach out with a payment link for you or your GPC holder to complete payment.

Registration Fees

The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the summit, morning/afternoon breaks and refreshments, access to the exhibit hall, summit materials, and event promotional materials.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm EST Friday, June 27, 2025, after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. To cancel your registration, email sanders@ncsi.com.
