Exhibitors will have an unclassified opportunity to demonstrate their products and services relevant to the Summit theme and objectives. Over 1,000 attendees are expected to participate in the summit, and time will be built into their schedules to view and evaluate new companies, technologies, and services offered by participating exhibitors. Partnerships are key, and contractors already involved with SAPs are encouraged to have their companies participate as an exhibitor.

No clearance is required to participate as an exhibitor. The clearance requirements are waived for exhibitors who will be staffing the booth only. Booth representatives will not have access to the conference sessions.

If you wish to participate in the conference sessions in addition to the exhibit area, you must register as a full conference attendee. Conference attendees are required to have a SECRET clearance and be read into at least one program.


All exhibitors must submit an application in order to be considered for an exhibit space. Prior to acceptance as an exhibitor, each company will be vetted by the DoD security team. All companies must be approved by security before the contract will be accepted and executed. At the time of acceptance, exhibitors will be invoiced, and payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice. We expect the security team will be able to approve exhibitors on a rolling basis.
