TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

The agenda for exhibitor participation is still being developed. This will give you a basic outline of what to expect for travel and planning purposes.

1700-1800   Exhibit Set-Up: Exhibitors may set up their tables. Please do not leave valuables overnight.

0700-0800    Exhibit Set-Up: If you did not set up the evening before, you will have the opportunity to set up in the morning.

0800-0900    Pre-Welcome Ceremony Exhibit Visit: Attendees have the opportunity to visit the exhibits before the Welcome Ceremony gets started.

1000-1030    Morning Break with Tech Expo: There will be a break in the morning for attendees to visit the expo.

1145-1300    Lunch and Tech Expo: Attendees will visit the exhibits during their lunch break.

1415-1445    Afternoon Break Tech Expo: Attendees will visit the exhibits during their break.

Field Demonstrations: Available for exhibitors who wish to showcase their capabilities in an operational environment at the SOF Compound in Jacqueville, about an hour away at these coordinates: 5°14’23.7″N 4°11’49.1″W. Please be aware transportation is not provided; the caravan will be leaving Noom at 0830, and the approximate start time is 1000. If you plan on attending the optional Demonstration Day at the offsite location, please send a headshot in front of a neutral background as soon as possible so it can be added to the badge SOCAF will create for you.

0800-0830    Meet in the Noom Lobby: Pick up your passes and have your transportation ready to follow the delegation to the SOF Compound.

0830-0930    Movement to Jacqueville

0930    Arrival at Jacqueville: There will be two gates; you will show your badge at both.

1000-1200    Closing Ceremony: Participating exhibitors will conduct live demonstrations in front of the exercise attendees.

1200    Movement to Noom Hotel: Everyone will head back to the Noom Hotel. This is the conclusion of the exercise.
