The following items are prohibited in the conference areas. This includes the main ballrooms, exhibit hall, and breakout session rooms. Please plan to leave any of the below items in your hotel room or car for the duration of the Summit. Exhibitors will receive guidance regarding their equipment.

  • All transmitting/receiving devices
  • Anything with Bluetooth technology (medical devices require prior approval)
  • Cameras
  • Computers with built-in webcams, webcam MUST be disabled and covered
  • Ear Buds – Wireless/Bluetooth)
  • E-Readers
  • Fitness devices with wireless transmitting capabilities (including Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, etc.)
  • Infrared and image devices
  • iPods, iTouch, iPads/Tablets, and mp3 players
  • Microphones
  • Pagers
  • Photographic and recording equipment
  • Radio transmitters
  • Smart Phones/Cell Phones/Camera Phones
  • Tablet PCs (exhibitors can obtain prior approval)
  • Weapons (including realistic-looking replicas)
  • Wireless devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.)
