Account Development Specialist
NCSI is looking for a motivated, positive, and ambitious individual to join our sales team. The account development specialist focuses on prospecting and reactivating customer accounts. In this role, you are the first point of contact for a potential customer with a focus on developing long-term business relationships with companies interested in our events, networking, and marketing benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business
- Maintain and grow existing client base
- Reach out to potential clients and develop and maintain long-term relationships over the phone
- Follow-up on inbound inquiries via phone and email
- Display a positive professional attitude and a high level of customer service to customers and teammates
- Make 50 outbound calls each day
- Facilitate events both locally and throughout the United States & Europe
- Accountable for meeting individual and team goals
- Utilize CRM Event Management Database to record and track sales
Qualifications/Requirements
- BS/BA degree
- Professional, highly motivated self starter that is skilled at networking and relationship building
- Demonstrated work ethic
- Attention to detail, execution and follow through
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Some travel is required, which may include some weekends
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- US Citizenship
Your potential salary should fall within the range of $50,000-$65,000+. You will have a base annual salary of $42,000 per year paid on a biweekly basis with $12,500-$25,000+ in bonus/commission potential payable when goals are hit for your sales.
In addition, NCSI provides health insurance (individual premium 80% employer paid) as well as optional dental, vision and flex spending. Employer paid life and disability insurance is also provided. NCSI offers a 401k plan that includes matching contributions. Sick, holiday, floating holiday and vacation time is also offered.
