REPRESENTATIVE AND EQUIPMENT REGISTRATION (REQUIRED)
Please note, to facilitate the entry process for the Tanzanian government, all exhibitors participating in this event must submit a brief description of the items you will be bringing with you into the country as part of your exhibit.
This includes:
- Full Names of Exhibitor Representatives
- Brief Description of Items and Serial Numbers
- Prices of Items For Demos (USD) (even if they are just non-operational samples)
- Quantity of Items
- Dates in and out of Tanzania
SHIPPING INFORMATION
One Worldwide Logistics (OWL) – previously SHO-AIR International – will make all of the necessary arrangements for transporting your materials from the United States, Canada, and Europe to the show site. If you have any questions or want to get a quote, please contact Andy Gaume at 714-588-7395.
EXHIBITOR PORTAL (REQUIRED)
We have set up an exhibitor portal where you can update your company information, see the latest schedule, and upload company details pertinent to this event. The most important task to complete once logged into the portal is the task called Complete Exhibitor Directory Information. In this task, please be sure to complete the Exhibitor Listing Information (Printed and Online) tab by the due date listed on your checklist. You can update the other two tabs, Links & Uploads (Online Only) and Products & Services (Online Only) up until the event date.
Please use the link below to log-in to your account. If you have previously registered as an attendee or an exhibitor rep for one of our events, you can use the same email address and password. If not, you will need to select “Set/Reset/Forget Password” to set a password. Be sure to use the email address that we have on file at NCSI.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Below is a tentative schedule of events to help with your travel planning. Some of the agenda is still taking shape and may be updated as the event approaches.
MONDAY, 31 JULY 2023 | ||
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Tech Expo Introduction + Meet and Greet | Each vendor will be given 2 minutes to present their products and services to the event attendees. This is your opportunity to explain your demo and invite attendees to visit you at the expo that will open the following day. No slides are permitted, and we must keep to the 2-minute limit to fit in all of the exhibitors. |
4:30 PM | Exhibit Set-Up | Exhibitors may set up their tables. Please do not leave valuables overnight. You will have the opportunity to set up in the morning as well. |
TUESDAY, 1 AUGUST 2023 | ||
8:30 AM | Exhibit Set-Up | If you did not set-up the evening before, you will have the opportunity to set up in the morning. Please do not plan to leave any valuables overnight. |
9:45 AM – 10:15 AM | Morning coffee with Tech Expo | This will be the first break of the day for attendees. The expo will open and be available for attendees to visit exhibitors. |
11:45 AM – 1:00 PM | Lunch and Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their lunch break. |
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Afternoon coffee with Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their break. |
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their break. |
WEDNESDAY, 2 AUGUST 2023 | ||
9:45 AM – 10:15 AM | Morning coffee with Tech Expo | This will be the first break of the day for attendees. The expo will open and be available for attendees to visit exhibitors. |
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM | Lunch and Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their lunch break. |
2:45 PM – 3:15 PM | Afternoon coffee with Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their break. |
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Tech Expo | Attendees will visit the exhibits during their break. |
5:00 PM | Exhibitor breakdown | Last day of the exhibits. Please pack up everything from your exhibit. |
