Exhibitor Information

The Interagency Visual Media Group (IVMG) is a meeting for visual media professionals from the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Industry to collaborate and share ideas, technical information, and production techniques in video, photography, graphic design, motion media, web development, cartography, publications, and much more. Founded in 2007, IVMG is the only professional development organization designed to meet the needs of those who create visual medial in support of the national security mission.

This event will also include industry technologies and products, which will be showcased during the Technology Exposition. During the Expo, attendees will be exposed to the latest technologies in video, photography, graphic design, motion media, web development, cartography, and more.

Each Marketing Service Package Includes:
  • Display space with one table (minimum 5’ X 2’)
  • Two chairs
  • One tablecloth
  • Name badges
  • Listing in event program (distributed to all attendees)

All exhibits will be unclassified. Please note there is no advance shipping or internet access allowed to this location.

Itinerary

Tuesday, September 25

1:00pm - 2:45pm – Exhibitor Set-Up & Check-In

All exhibitors bringing electronic equipment should set up on Tuesday as that is when security will be inspecting equipment. Exhibitors are encouraged to leave their equipment at their table overnight so they do not have to go through the inspection process again. The conference center will be secured each night, however, NGA and NCSI are not responsible for lost or stolen equipment. Please let NCSI know if you plan on bringing electronic equipment and cannot come on Tuesday.

Wednesday, September 26

7:00am - 8:00am – Exhibitor Set-Up & Check-In
7:00am - 4:30pm – Exhibits Open
