Exhibitor Information
The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Geospatial Intelligence Systems Acquisition Directorate (GEOINT) is pleased to host the 2018 GEOINT Portfolio Conference and Technology Exposition on-site at the NRO. Exhibitors will display their products and services and offer demonstrations to conference participants and NRO personnel on 7 November in the J.D. Hill Conference Center. The goal of the Expo is to bring industry and government together to Innovate, Collaborate, and Educate. The Expo portion will be unclassified.
Each exhibiting company will be provided with the following items:
- Display space with one table (minimum 5’ X 2’)
- Two chairs
- One tablecloth
- Name badges
- Listing in event program (distributed to all attendees)
Please note: There is no advance shipping allowed to this location.
Itinerary
To pick up your badge and get your equipment inspected you must enter through the Visitor Center. All visitors will need to park at the Visitor Center and will walk to the J.D. Hill Conference Center by following directional signs. Please plan for a 5 minute walk from the Visitor Center.

*Please note: There will be a networking reception from 4:30pm - 5:30pm on Wednesday, 7 November in the exhibit hall. All exhibitors are encouraged to have someone at their table during this time. All conference attendees are being encouraged to attend this social and are being informed that the exhibit hall will be open.
*The conference center will be secured each night, however, the NRO and NCSI are NOT responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
