Attendee Registration

All attendees must possess a valid TS//SI/TK//NOFORN security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.

Registration is now closed online for this event. If you have your own access to the NRO you may register on-site at the J.D. Hill Conference Center.

Your credit card will be charged on Monday, December 3, 2018.

The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the forum, morning/afternoon breaks and refreshments, access to the exhibit hall, forum materials, professional forum planning services, and event promotional materials.

Law Enforcement: If you will be armed while attending the forum at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), please note that the general policy prohibits firearms at NRO facilities. Authorized law enforcement attendees are encouraged to appropriately secure any firearms prior to entering NRO facilities. If you are required to be armed during the forum, please indicate upon registration.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than November 21, 2018 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. All sales after November 21, 2018 are final. If you fail to show up for the event, the cancellation policy remains applicable. No refunds, no exceptions.

Visit Request

All visitors will be required to present a valid government issued, picture ID upon entry at the NRO Visitor Center. This ID may be in the form of a Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or IC Badge. Access is denied without a valid picture ID.

Please Note: All attendees must enter the NRO via the Visitor Center UNLESS you possess a Blue or Green IC Badge.

The NRO will be managing the clearance process. The NRO’s Access Control Branch will create a visit request and verify clearances. If your clearances cannot be verified, the forum POC will notify you for verification to be sent to the NRO Access Control Branch. You are not required to send clearance verification to the NRO directly unless directed by the Forum POC at which time instructions will be given.
