Exhibitor Security

The deadline for submitting security information online (will be cut-off after this time) is Monday, November 26, 2018.

Personal and sensitive information must be submitted online, in accordance to deadlines, for each representative exhibiting for your company. You are allotted two (2) primary representatives, and two (2) alternate representatives, in the event that a last-minute emergency would prohibit the primary representative(s) from attending. Only U.S. Citizens will be granted access to the event. If this information is not submitted in accordance to the deadlines, you will not be guaranteed access to the event. Equipment

If you will be bringing electronic equipment with you, you must complete the Equipment Form.

• Use one form for each piece of electronic equipment
• Fill out blocks 1-4 completely. In block 1, you are not required to complete items 2, 4, and 5
• Plan to disable all prohibited capabilities (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microphones, cameras, etc.) within the BIOS screen prior to arriving
