Included in Booth Package

  • 8′ tall BLACK back drape and 36″ high BLACK side dividers
  • Booths will be 10′ deep and 10′ wide (10×10, 20×20, or 10×40 depending on your contract)
  • 7″x 44” Company Identification Sign (Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign upon request)
  • Four (4) Booth Representative Passes per 10×10

No furniture, carpet, A/V, electricity, or internet connections are supplied with your exhibit space charge. All other items will need to be arranged through Freeman, the official decorator and drayage contractor.

Please note: The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted. Carpet is required for ALL booths. If your booth does not have carpet by 3:30 PM on Sunday, December 5, 2021, carpet will be laid for an additional cost.

Register as a Booth Representative

Booth Representative badges only grant access to the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference Exhibit Hall. They do not grant access to any of the conference sessions. Registration is open to citizens from the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are a non-U.S. member of the Five Eyes, your registration will need to be approved in order to be validated. To receive full conference access, you must register as an attendee.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, November 01, 2021, at the above address. Material arriving after November 22, 2021 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″ H x 93″ W. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments. Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Saturday, December 4, 2021. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments. PLEASE NOTE: All materials received by Freeman are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. Refer to the material handling form for charges for the service.

Please be aware that disposal of exhibit properties is not included as part of your material handling charges. Please contact Freeman for your quoted rates and rules applicable to disposal of your exhibit properties.

Hanging Signs

Hanging signs are permitted for island booths only. The maximum height for both display and hanging signage must not exceed 20′. For all other booths, signage cannot exceed 8′ and must be floor-anchored. Signage higher than 5′ is not permitted in the front 5′ of your booth.

Helium-filled balloons and/or blimps are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
