*Per DoW Conference Guidance, conference attendance for Government and Military personnel is subject to approval and registration on this site does not guarantee confirmation to attend. Registration can be cancelled or denied based on factors such as budgetary constrictions, mission relevancy, and distribution of representation amongst services and agencies.
** All on-site contractor personnel must register at the Industry/On-Site Contractor rate.
***Registration is open to citizens from the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are a non-U.S. member of the Five Eyes, your registration will need to be approved in order to be validated. Five Eyes citizens must register by July 24th to be vetted for event attendance. Registrations after this date won’t be accepted.

Speakers: Class A Uniform (blouse & tie) or Business Dress (civilian)
Attendees: Utility Uniform or Business Casual (civilian)
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, July 10, 2026, after which you will be held 100% liable for the amount due. All sales after Friday, July 10, 2026, are final. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com.
Government Attendees:
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com.
Industry Attendees:
If you are unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place. Substitution requests must be received no later than Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Requests submitted after this date will be handled on-site. To request a substitution form, please email Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com.
Payments
All payments will be processed on Monday, July 13, 2026. If you would like your card charged before July 13th, please email Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com.
Solicitation Policy
NCSI has a no-solicitation policy covering our conferences and expositions. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees and employees, we do not allow solicitation at our events by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of NCSI. Read Policy.
Press Registration Notice
Individuals interested in registering as press for the event must request a press registration form by emailing Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com. Once the form is completed and submitted, all press registrations are subject to approval. Attendance is not confirmed until approval has been granted. All press registration forms must be submitted no later than Friday, July 24, 2026.
Photography & Videography
Photographers and videographers will be on-the-ground capturing images of the event, including attendees. The photos will be used to promote the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference and may be featured on DIA social media pages. These images will not be used for commercial purposes. By attending the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference attendees’ consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact Emily Anderson at anderson@ncsi.com.
Housing & Attendee List Scam Alert
Please be aware that some companies may contact you claiming to be the official housing provider for the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference and offering hotel accommodations at “discounted” rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference. Exhibitors and attendees who have engaged with these organizations have reported lost deposits or not received the hotel rooms they believed they had reserved. We strongly recommend that you do not use these services.
In addition, please be cautious of companies attempting to sell an attendee list for the conference. These organizations are also not affiliated with the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference. Official lead retrieval will only be available for purchase through ATS, the official provider for the event.
