On behalf of USCENTCOM, we thank you for participating in the first USCENTCOM Data Symposium. The event was a success and we are looking forward to the second collaboration, in person, next year.

WELCOME

The U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Command and Control, Communications and Computer Systems Directorate (CCJ6) will host its first data symposium virtually 2-4 February 2021.

The overall theme is Operationalizing Data in a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) Environment.

Senior data leaders and stakeholders from the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. private-sector and partner nations will discuss data-centric approaches and solutions to maintain GCC competitive advantage in a modern, joint all-domain, data-driven battlespace.

Presentations and panels will explore opportunities to accelerate GCC transformation into a data-centric, data-driven operating environment from the perspective of the DoD Enterprise (Day 1), Combatant Command/Joint Task Force (Day 2), and International Partners (Day 3).

An Innovation Showcase will include demonstrations of advanced data and analytics capabilities to securely organize, transform, and share data in support of increased decision-making quality, speed, and lethality.

The symposium is an opportunity to promote unified efforts and partnerships toward enabling innovations in GCC technical and operational data management to fulfill the DoD digital modernization vision, goals and objectives.

The symposium will be held at the unclassified level.
