Thank you for exhibiting at the DoD SAP IT & Cybersecurity 2020 Summit. The DoD SAP IT & Cybersecurity Summit Exhibit Hall will be located in the Choptank Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, MD.

Each approved exhibiting company will receive:
- 6’ x 3’ Table
- Standard Electrical: 1 power strip (if additional is needed, you can purchase from PSAV)
- 2 Chairs

EXHIBITOR REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION
Each company will be permitted to send 2 representatives to staff their table at no additional cost. Additional representatives beyond 2 will be $150 per person. Exhibitor representatives do not require a clearance and will have “exhibit hall only” access, as well as access to the networking functions. If you wish to send your representatives to the Summit sessions, they must register as a full attendee and have the proper clearances to participate.

Incoming and outgoing shipments will be charged at $5 each to the individual exhibitor. All shipments should be sent no sooner than two weeks prior to the conference. To ensure prompt delivery all materials should be address as follows:

Deliveries will not be accepted if the shipper requires assistance from the hotel staff to unload or load materials.
EXHIBIT EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY
Exhibitors will be permitted to bring equipment in for demonstration purposes; however, the functionality of some devices may need to be disabled or modified in order to be in compliance with the security standards for this event. Equipment with wireless or transmitting capabilities must be disabled. This includes wireless keyboards/mice, Bluetooth devices, fitness trackers, tablets, etc. Exhibitors will have the option to purchase hard wired internet from PSAV. If you have monitors or accessories that you traditionally connect wirelessly, please plan accordingly and bring the appropriate adapters or wiring to present your demonstration without using any wireless technologies. Please review the list of prohibited items in preparation for your exhibit.
Attending the Summit sessions requires a separate registration, and a different clearance level. All attendees must be accessed into at least one SAP to participate in the Summit sessions. Spaces are nearly full, so if you have the required clearances and would like to participate in the Summit sessions please additionally register as an attendee.
Networking events will be organized throughout the week. If you would like to showcase your company brand and host one of the evening networking socials please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Customized sponsorships are also available to meet a variety of branding, outreach, and marketing objectives. Please contact us for more details.
All registered exhibitor representatives are invited to participate at the various networking events throughout the Summit.
If your company has a training you would like to present on Thursday during the Summit you may submit an abstract of your training at this time. You will be contacted if your topic matter and expertise are a good match for the agenda. If you are approved you will be sent any speaker related information. Please note that speaking opportunities are voluntary. You will not be paid or reimbursed for any travel/lodging. A SECRET level clearance is required to attend the event, and all attendees/speakers must be currently accessed to at least one SAP. Presentations/Training at the venue will be unclassified.
