EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Why Exhibit?

The SAP IT & Cybersecurity Summit Exhibit Hall will be located at the Charleston Area Convention Center. The exhibit tables will be co-located with the general session in a large section of the ballroom. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to demonstrate their products and services relevant to the summit theme and objectives. Over 800 participants are expected to take part in the summit, and time will be built into their schedules to view and evaluate new companies, technologies, and services offered by the exhibitors. All exhibitors must submit an application prior to being offered an exhibitor spot during the summit.

    All companies must be vetted and pre-qualified before their exhibitor application will be accepted and executed. Exhibitors will be notified of their status when approval from the SAP Security Team has been granted. To be considered for participation, please complete the application contract. Payment will not be processed until after your company is approved.

    $3,500 per exhibitor package

    Exhibitor Portal

    Once your application has been accepted for your SAP IT & Cybersecurity Summit exhibit space, you will have access to the Exhibitor Portal. The Exhibitor Portal allows you to update company and event specific information in one singular place. You will be able to update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide. You will also find your order number, booth number, and other details needed to register your exhibitor representatives in the portal.

    Summit Attendance

    Attending the Summit sessions requires a separate registration, and a different clearance level. If you have the required clearances and would like to participate in the Summit sessions, please register here.

    Once you have registered, please reference the Base Access and Security page for details regarding passing your clearance, access to JB Charleston and NIWC, as well as directions and other pertinent information.

    Networking events will be organized throughout the week. If you would like to showcase your company brand and host one of the evening networking socials, please contact conferencesales@ncsi.com.
